NEW LICENSE OR UPGRADE REQUEST FOR ULTRABACOur objective is to expedite the process of licensing your software, while reducing common causes of miscommunication. All requests will be verified and information will be sent to you via email.

New License or Upgrade Request Form for UltraBac
CHANGES TO EXISTING ULTRABAC LICENSE SERVERCurrent customers who need to transfer an existing UltraBac license from one machine to another, can request a server name change by filling out the following online form:

IMPORTING AN ULTRABAC LICENSE
There are two methods of importing an UltraBac License:

Save File methodCopy & Paste methodLicense keys are encrypted, and can be read only by UltraBac's licensing module. Please note you MUST designate a machine to be the UltraBac License Server when installing the software on multiple machines in one location.

SAVE FILE METHOD:

Save the attached text file (UBLicense.txt) to the UltraBac install directory. For example, the default path is "C:\Program Files\UltraBac Software\UltraBac10" for UltraBac Version 10.Open the UltraBac Management Console.For Version 10 click 'Manage\Licensing\Import License.' For previous versions of UltraBac, click 'Tools\License Management\Import License.'The Radio Button for 'Import license from File' should already be selected.Click 'OK.'Select the UBLicense.txt file.Click 'Open.'COPY & PASTE TEXT METHOD:

Open the UBLicense.txt file.Copy all of the license key characters into Clipboard.Open the UltraBac Management Console.For Version 10 click 'Manage\Licensing\Import License.' For previous versions of UltraBac, click 'Tools\License Management\Import License.'The Radio Button for 'Import license from File' should already be selected.Click 'OK' to complete the licensing operation.If further assistance is required, please call the licensing department at 425.644.6000 during normal business hours, or email licensing@ultrabac.com.
